Reservations are accepted via our official website. You can also confirm or cancel your reservation through the website.

When do cancellation fees apply?
Cancellation fees may apply starting 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Policies vary depending on the dates and reservation details, so please refer to your reservation confirmation for specifics.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure. Extension fees may apply.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can store your luggage at the Bell Desk.
Can I request a specific room type or floor?
We accept requests, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability. Additionally, room rates may change depending on the nature of the request.
Do you have Japanese-speaking staff?
Yes, we have Japanese-speaking staff on duty.

Can you arrange cakes or flowers for an anniversary stay?
Yes, we can arrange cakes and flower arrangements. Prices vary depending on the content, so please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
Are pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of other guests, pets are not allowed.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, guide dogs and service dogs are allowed. Please present the necessary documentation upon check-in.
Is day-use available?
We do not currently offer day-use plans.
Can minors stay without a guardian?
Check-in is limited to guests aged 18 and older. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian at all times during their stay.
Is there a parking fee?
Registered guests can use the parking lot free of charge.
Do you offer airport transfer services?
Yes. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance (fees apply).

Is there a spa?
There is no spa within the hotel, but “Spa Ayualam” is located in the adjacent Hotel Nikko Guam.
Exclusive menus for The Tsubaki Tower guests are available.
Is there a fitness gym?
Guests can use the gym at the adjacent Hotel Nikko Guam free of charge.
Is there a coin laundry?
There is a coin laundry and swimsuit spin dryers on the Ground Floor.
Washing machine: $6.00 / Dryer: $5.00
Detergent can be purchased at the Front Desk for $2.00.
Is currency exchange available?
Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Rooms are assigned based on availability. We recommend requesting this at the time of booking.
Do you have accessible (barrier-free) rooms?
Quantities are limited. Please request this at the time of booking.
Can beds be pushed together?
Yes, this is possible. Please request this at the time of booking. King-size or Hollywood Twin beds may also be available depending on availability.
Are air purifiers or humidifiers available for loan?
Yes, but quantities are limited.

Each room is equipped with high-quality facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay.

Yes. Drinks are provided free of charge upon arrival. Additional water will be replenished upon request.

Currently, skincare amenities are not provided.
Are pajamas provided? What is the size?
Pajamas are not provided. Instead, we provide bathrobes (one size fits all) and slippers.
Is there a microwave?
There are no microwaves for guest use in the rooms, but staff at “Hineka Deli” (Lobby Floor) can assist with heating items.
Are there smoking rooms?
All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
What is the maximum occupancy per room?
Up to 3 adults, or 3 adults + 2 children (11 years old or younger).
Is room service available?
Yes. You can view the menu and place orders via the in-room TV, app, or website.
Is in-room massage available?
We do not offer in-room treatments, but we can recommend nearby spas and wellness facilities.
Guests with Children
Is there a charge for children sleeping in the same bed?
Children sleeping in existing bedding stay free of charge provided the room capacity is not exceeded.
For breakfast-inclusive plans, children aged 4 and older will be charged separately for breakfast.
Can I add an extra bed?
Extra beds are available for a fee.

Are children’s pajamas available?
No, bathrobes are available for adults only.
Can I borrow a baby crib?
Yes. They are provided free of charge, but quantities are limited. Please request at the time of booking.

Club Lounge
What are the service hours and offerings?
・Pastry Service: 6:30 – 10:00
・Coffee Time: 10:00 – 14:00
・Afternoon Tea: 14:00 – 16:00
・Cocktail Time: 17:00 – 20:00
Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code, but please refrain from wearing swimwear.
Are there time restrictions for children?
There are no time restrictions for children.
Is there a fee for co-sleeping children in Club Lounge plans?
No fee applies if within the room capacity.
Can I use the lounge if I am not staying in a Club Room?
Yes, access is available for an additional $100 per person per day.
Can I bring accompanying guests?
Guests staying in rooms without Club Lounge benefits may use the lounge for $100 per person per day.
Can I use the lounge before check-in or after check-out?
On the day of check-in, the lounge is available from 2:00 PM (Pre-check-in required).
After check-out, access is available until 2:00 PM only for guests staying in eligible suites.
Are there private rooms?
Yes, we have two private rooms (12 seats and 14 seats).

Can non-staying guests use the lounge?
The lounge is exclusively for registered hotel guests.
Restaurants & Bars
Can non-staying guests use the restaurants and bars?
Yes, all restaurants and bars are open to the public.
Can I book online?
Yes, restaurant reservations can be made via TableCheck. Please note that the bar does not accept reservations.

Can I go without a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome if seats are available, but reservations are recommended.
Which restaurants have private rooms?
Casa Oceano: 2 private rooms (12 seats and 14 seats)
Milano Grill: 2 private rooms (10 seats each)

Is there a dress code?
For Milano Grill and La Cantina (27th Floor), please refrain from wearing shorts, sandals, or swimwear.
For other facilities, please refrain from wearing swimwear.
Pool & Activities
Are pool towels provided?
Yes. You will receive a towel card at the Front Desk upon check-in. Please exchange the card for a pool towel at the Pool Reception.
Is there a fee for cabanas?
Cabanas are free to use (limited availability).
Are rental items available?
Life jackets and floats are available free of charge.
Can I use the pool before check-in or after check-out?
Pool access is limited to guests during their stay. It cannot be used before check-in or after check-out.
Can non-staying guests use the pool or activities?
The pool and activities are exclusively for hotel guests.
