Katsuya Ono
PROFILE
Starting his career at the Boulevard Hotel in Sydney, Australia, he later moved across Oceania, gaining experience as a chef at the Regent Hotel Auckland and Pan Pacific Hotel Auckland. After a year of training in Europe, he further honed his skills at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and during the opening of Pan Pacific Yokohama. He then served as Executive Chef and Corporate Executive Chef at Pan Pacific Hotels in China, Jakarta, and Regent Taipei, concurrently leading the opening of “WASABI,” a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Taipei 101. From August 2014 to September 2018, he was the Executive Sous Chef at ANA InterContinental Tokyo. Since 2019, he has been embarking on a new journey as Executive Chef at The Tsubaki Tower.
